act/clutchmasters install w/part numbers
I would guess 6 pad clutch, HDSS and then HD00, at least if I'm remembering the website correctly. I personally would not go with the 6 pad clutch, it's not meant for street use or at least not for daily driven street use.

yes, 93 clutches work fine. you just have to pick up a stock TOB from the dealership or here... https://www.mitsubishiparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html for a much cheaper price. i currently have the ACT heavy duty pressure plate with 6 pad disk. not so harsh engagement but kind of the on/off effect.

Which one do you have? HDR6 or HDG6? Sprung or Unsprung?
And what do you mean on/off effect?
Sorry for alot of questions, lol.
Like I said, I wouldn't go with a 6 puck clutch. Try to match the clutch to your power output. On ACT's site they don't recommend going with the race clutches unless you need them. While I understand the urge to get the "best" clutch you can, you'll just pay for it in driveability.

yes it is called release bearing as well. i believe it will be around $100 or so.
i believe i have the HDR6. ive never heard of the sprung or unsprung setups, but i dont think they make them for our car.
and by on/off, i mean there really isnt any play when youre engaging and releasing the clutch. the clutch is basically fully engaged within the first two inches of pressing in the pedal. it goes from engaged to disengaged without any leeway. its not as bad as it sounds but its kinda hard to explain. hope it helps.
