I am upgrading my shifter linkage bushings to the metal ones offered by Buscher. He gave me a call this morning to inform me that they were not not test fitted to the base Lancer. I was under the impression that they did fit. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

So, have you installed it yet or just ordered it?

 

Just ordered. I had the kartboy bushings for the evo installed for over a year but when installing forgot to put the washers back on and they fell apart. Which was fun. But my theory is that because the kartboy evo one’s fit that these should as well. I just wanted to make sure.

They fit. Evo and Lancer use the exact same parts.

Kartboy and Lancershop are the same way - you just buy the Evo stuff and they fit fine in the Lancer.

 

That's what I figured. Just thought I'd ask to be damn sure. Plus if anyone goes a searching they'll be able to find this thread and yatta yatta yatta.
