Paddle Shifter Install
Does anybody know if it would be possible to have the paddle shifters installed on a DE trim 08 Lancer? I know this would mean paying for a new steering wheel, column, the shifters, a new plate for the stick and a new stick, and probably ECU work.
Would it be possible, though? Without buying a whole new transmission?
If you guys don't know, who should I contact to find out? The dealer I bought from doesn't seem to know anything about anything.

I only could get $1000 down and I already have another vehicle on my credit.
My mom's credit is terrible (about 445) so I cosigned her car to help her out. I don't even pay on it.
Neither of the dealerships could get a bank to give me a loan on a GTS.

David I have a GTS and honestly think it would be a waste of time and money also the paddle shifters are overated. If you were to get it after 2 weeks your gonna forget about them . Dont waste your time in my opinion OK

I don't think it's possible. I'm pretty sure they're tied into the car's electronics and stuff. If the dealership can do it, it will probably cost a LOT. Call and ask them, though.
