i just got mine installed and took it for a quick test drive and i love it! i had to do it the hard way because i didn't have access to a dremel or remove the two metal washer things. those were a pain.

can someone post some pics of the installed short shifter. I wanna see where the 2nd gear location is so i can compare it to stock before buying. I have seen some adjustable short shifters around, but if the works one is far enough back for me i would rather get a non adjustable.

Sorry, I meant to say in the 5th gear...i wanted to see how far out it goes. The pic is nice, but i think i was expecting something a little further out like from up where the head rest is to kind of get like a general in car feel, not so zoomed in.

the hard way is installing it without using a dremel or something like it. there are two metal washer/clamp things that need to be removed. they can easily be cut off with a dremel but are quite hard to pry off otherwise.

WORKS includes replacements for thse two parts in the kit

if you can figure a way to get them out yes, but that is the problem good luck getting them out.

To the person who was saying their shifter wasnt popping back into neutral nicely, I think it is because you didnt grease the bearing points enough.

Works... you have done it again!
