Question Buzzing/Electric sound when shifting on Automatic.

It’s been going on for a while on my O4 Lancer and can’t really find the location of this sound or resolution .

While in Park if I take my car from Park to Reverse , Neutral to Reverse or Neutral to Drive and vice versa my car will make this weird Electrical / Buzzing sound when shifting between gears. I’m assuming it might be a bad sensor but not sure.

I know my IAC and TBP sensors are shot and will be replaced shortly. Not positive but could this issue be linked?

Any ideas on this subject or have any of you experienced this ?

You may remove this thread as I have posted this in the Lancer Troubleshooting section.
