Price difference in Slave cylinders

Hey can someone explain to me why these prices vary so much? i think a seal blew on my slave cylinder, possibly during the bleeding process when installed it, a new clutch and a new input shaft bearing last year.

either way my clutch comes and goes and i want to have a slave cylinder on hand when it finally ****s the beds and leaves me starting it in gear and slamming gears to get home...

which of these is the best to buy? my 03 lancer OZ has 186K on it so its not going to last forever but this will be the third time i have had the tranny out and i would like to make it the last...

+1^^ I tried to go cheap on my last slave/tob I put in a few months ago. I bought one off ebay for about $50-60, I regretted it. Lasted two months before the seal blew on the slave side of it. Go oem as Ryan suggests

If you have a stock clutch then you may hold out longer. If you have the MB8-XTSS like me then get a oem slave on order lol.

will the tranny of the 04's up fit the 03's? or what different tranny could be applied without too much modification?

External slave cylinder, aftermarket is probably ok, since if it fails it's only a 10 minute replacement. 02-03 slaves that are inside i would absolutely stick with OEM.
