Axle pops out of pass side after seal replacement. Ideas?

A c clip holds it in I just had this problem with mine if the boot is slid too far it pulls the axle out weird but thats what it was.

The boot slid? Not sure what you mean. Also I do not see a clip on the axle at all.

there is a circlip that is on the side that goes into the differential.....




if you look at this diagram, #9 is the circlip.... without it, the axles will slide in and out of the diff with no resistance....
