I changed the flywheel and clutch on my 2002 Lancer OZ Rally and when I drove it for the first time after I noticed that every time I engaged my clutch to shift it shifted but the rpms never dropped at all. The rpms happen to stay at wherever I decide to engage the clutch and was wondering if it had happened to anyone or if anyone has any suggestion/help. Thank you in advance to anyone and everyone !
