SES Computer Code 0421

Warm up Catalyst Code #0421

WTF is that...I took my car to the dealership and got the recalls replaced, and the light came back on. My Cat is probably fried, but the same code keeps popping up. I thought the code for the cat is different than this Warm up catalyst.

that is the code that comes up for most people that put on a new set of headers or turbo manifold. if you don't have headers then i am not too sure what it is from, unless the cat in the manifold is damaged or is not there.

You have 2 cats in your car. That code sounds like it comes from the 1st one (which is hidden inside your exhaust manifold). Do you have an aftermarket header? If not, the cat has probably died over time. In which case it might be time to pick up a RRM CEL fix (might help...)
