evo 8 wing install

evo 8 wing install

so im installing my evo 8 wing and i was told it bolts right into stock OZ wing holes, i put it on there and its short of the holes on one side by about an inch... did i forget something or is this a faulty wing?

Actually, if you search you will find that you probably have to drill the holes out a little for the Evo wing to fit

oh, k thanks when i try to search it just says memory expired or somethin so it dont work at the moment

You can't search for things with 3 or less letters. For example: evo wing

That's 3 letters so it won't work. I think at least.

before you attack your trunk with a drill try removing the center piece and putting the side pieces on loosely and sliding the center piece in between both the sides... this is how i got my VII wing to fit perfect.

it should bolt right up. like atilla said. Attach the sides first then put center in. leave everything kinda loose then once its together tighten it down.

I have installed a evo VII wing and a VIII wing on my 03 oz and both bolted right up perfect.

k so after 2 hours of work they fit the stock holes .. just alot of strain on the wing

wow i put mine on alone without anyone helping thats how closely the holes lined up for ease of install.

yeah i bought mine off ebay and hadta refabricate alot of parts... not good quality
