Gas mileage problems
wow...my brain hurts. You get 300MPT but when you fill up you only get 260MPT???
Anyway, my test is done and I had about 285 miles when I refueled and I put around 10 gallons in which figures out to about 28-29MPG. This was with the A/C running the whole time and the highway and city driving was about the same, as in I drove on the highway about the same amount as in the city. (my numbers are just rounded off because I don't remember the numbers exactly to the hundedths)
All in all I'm pretty happy with that. One this that does kind of **** me off is that when you are cruising at about 70-75mph your engine runs at about 3100rpm. Is it just my car or are all 5 speed lancers like that?

Sorry if that sounded a little confusing. If i let my car run till the light turns on I am usually at 300 miles. I usually don't let my car get below a quarter tank. That is when i fill it up. All of this is city driving. Give or take a trip out to dekalb and back. My problem on gas mileage is highway driving.
