fm radio reception

so i initially reported about my radio reception problem about 9k miles ago (currently at 12k) and I decided to get it fixed recently and the sound quality has improved but there is still problems with the reception, then about 3 days after i got the new radio put in the cd gets stuck and wont play or eject... guess its time for another radio, hopefully third radio is the charm.

i didnt even get a chance to see the problems with the stock radio.. 2nd day i got the car i had a aftermarket dvd/nav system in my car.. soo far the installation is solid.. but i have been getting this rattling noise from the rear support beams i guess thats what they are called... i think i remember seeing something about someone going back to the dealer to see what that rattling was and it was a loose nut..can someone confirm or help me?

Check to see if the rattle comes from the steering wheel. I get one coming from between the volume controls and the airbag cover. If I press gently on the cover, the rattle goes away.

brought in my GTS today to get an oil change done and mentioned to them about the poor reception...they chacked it out and order a new radio for me.

I'll be waiting for them to call now when to go in and have it replaced...so I'll see if their is any sort of improvements because Im pretty upset I paid for S&S and get a ****ty quality radio.

But a big to Mitsubishi for recognizing the problem and automatically getting it taken care of.

I've noticed an annoying rattle coming from my driver side door panel on the interior....a rattle coming from the dashboard somewhere....and a rattle in the rear which I think is either the srs compartment or something in the trunk; but I haven't been able to pinpoint it for sure.

Can anyone make any inferences as to whether or not they're having this problem; because if that's the case then I'm going to say something to my dealer next time I bring it in.
The rattle i hear from the dash is one or more of the climate control knobs rattling and shaking sometimes. It's annoying but doesn't happen a lot.

I didn't think it was possible, but I believe my 2008 lancer has more interior rattles than my 1995 mustang! How sad!

Did you know there was a problem with the stereos? i took mine in and it matched up with a known issue.

mine was with the stupid SCV or what ever its called, my stereo volume was going up and down, fm stations were fading in and out at low volume. I switched it and all is fine, I even get 93.7 in buffalo and i am up in toronto no problem sad thing is, my Bluetooth before was in stereo sound thru all speakers, now with this replacement its only one. which i am told is the normal way.

damn it

i pin pointed where the sounds are comming from.... the one in the back is the "c" pillar.. if they tell me they can't hear it u just have to hit the pillar and u can hear the rattle... the second one next to the driver side door.. its the pillar where the seatbelt reserve comes out.. gosh.. this car rattles like a f-ing kids toy..

yeah I noticed this problem the first day I picked up my car and then when I read it over the forums. I even mentioned to them at Dixie Mitsubishi and it didn't seem to be a problem for them.

Now Im just waiting for a phone call when my new radio arrives.

The only problem I have on my 08 GTS is my suspension. Every once in a while specially when its cold and I make a sharp right turn, i hear a cracking sound or thud. It doesnt occur too often but I've taken the car to the dealer twice but the problem has not been resolve.

bluetooth is stereo. It has great sound quality for the people on the other end. Voice recognition for different names when you wanna dial people handsfree sucks. I do like how it automatically mutes your music when you have an incoming call. I never miss one now.
