Oz Feels Bogged
like rbbcustom said, an intake will feel boggy on take off. Although it allows more air to go to the engine, at the initial start no air is being directed into it. Also, do you notice this more on a hot day? Hot days and intakes tend to not like each other.
And I suggest tightening your throttle cable too, just for better pedal response. Like Dustin said, you just need a wrench (I believe 10mm) for the 2 bolts. Loosen them, pull the cable tight, then tighten the bolts. Remember, just make these bolts "snug" because they're small and you don't want to snap one (like I did when I did it).
