2 Front Disc Break

2 Front Disc Break

Hi,

When i drive my car for 1 km. i smell a burning rubber.. then i stop to check. i touch the 2 rear disc break is not hot its normal.. but when i touch the front disc break its very hot... any idea what wrong with my car??

breaks get hot, this is normal. The fronts are used more therefore warmer.

Really, though. It is most likely not your brakes. Are you the only driver? if not your little brother or whoever could be doing burn outs. The smell will get trapped in the cabin air filter.

I tried to burn out my tire.. 1st is hand break then 1st gear then rev.. burn my tire.. after that i notice the smell of burning rubber.. i already drove i think 5 kms.. but still smell burning rubber.. is that normal?

yes this is normal, you will get the rubber smell trapped in your cabin air filter. You can take it out and air it out or use febreeze or some other air duct cleaner. Next time you do a burn out turn the air recirculation button on...
