Soak it in virgin's blood. Have you tried drowning it in WD40 and letting it soak? Introducing a little heat usually helps too (small, weak torches do pretty well),

I went to auto zone and they have an o2 sensor tool there, you dont have to buy it you can barrow it jsut put down like 15 bucks and when you return it you get your money back. that worked great I had no problems at all.

O2 socket available at any chinese tool store like Tools n More or Harbor Freight or your local variant, and the biggest rachet you can get on there, leave the sensor on disconnect the cat flip it over so the sensor is pointed down reattach cat, you now have unabated access to the O2 sensor and since it is attached to the rest of the exhaust you can pull like hell. If you still cant get it find a friend with bigger guns or a pipe to slip over the end of the rachet.

WOO HOO, i am evolved! so is the 02 socket just a standard socket that fits over the whole o2 sensor, like a deep socket or a spark plug socket?

its trying to own me. just picked up a free o2 sensor socket set from autozone (have to return it within 90 days) and a can of PB blaster, the stuff that desolves styrofoam cups. right now that stuff is soaking into that damn thing and in a few minutes, ill attempt the impossible. i swear i have it worse then most, you have no idea how much force i have put on that thing so far and it wont budge.

Just to let anyone know who try's this, unclip the wire, pull the cat completely out of the car, put it in a vise. and use a pretty big monkey wrench on it. VERY SIMPLE!!!
