Hello all,

Crashed my car, im fine, airbags didnt deploy. Thought I had full coverage from geico, but aparently sometime last year they dropped it without my permission and I only have liability. I owe 9000 on the car and theres about 5000 in damage. What do I do???

Do you have gap insurance? Also the state should cover hitting a deer no matter what. Fight your insurance company to cover the damage, though you may have to pay your co payment.

What he said , otherwise , your insurance is the best one that can recommend you what to do.

Its considered a road hazard and the state is liable for accidents involving accidents due to improperly containing the animals that hit peoples cars.

*sorry guys, apparently I cannot speak english...

I hit 2 cars, low speed at an intersection......I also hit a deer 1 year ago today.....so the car has been in two accidents...

Geico is not repairing my car because it is covered with liability insurance only right now...which makes no sense to me because after I hit the deer, I was supposed to fill out a consent to rate form, which I did, and still have.

My insurance went down 13 dollars a month, as I had just turned 21, and never realized that I had lost full coverage. The car is damaged, but not unrepairable, and I have a new fender, hood headlight and bumper already at my house............problem is I need a headlight support and cannot source one.

Any help would be appreciated thank you

Ill post pictures

Thanks guys, yeah your absolutely right, they SHOULDNT have done that....Case and point I have to stop hitting things....

However, I spend relatively little money, 1000 bucks including a cf vis hood, ne fender, bumper, headlight and new headlight support mount.... two spot welds and two bolts and aligntment and everything should be peachy....

Im suing the **** out of geico, I can promise you guys that lol

Im alive, a car can be replaced....good things happen to good people

And bad things happen to bad people

Kharma is a *****
