Leaking water

hey guys. i posted on here while i was replacing my head gasket on my 02' lancer. well that got done been driving great and now i noticed i'm losing water somewhere. i dont see anything on the front of engine or anything, i do notice some wet spots on back of block toward the firewall looks like water running down the engine. it dont seem like much but i'm having to add coolant about once every two weeks. any ideas or thoughts would be great thanx.

do the regular lancers have the two coolant lines going from the back of the block to the throttle body?

if they do then thats probably where its leaking from. i had a similar issue and found a very small crack on one of the lines. it was so small it would only leak when the underhood temp was hot. the way i found it was by squeezing the lines. that allowed the crack to open up and leak a little.

try that and see if it leaks. visually inspect them also.

ok i found where the water is leakin. i see water coming from where the head and block meet right in the middle of engine facing firewall. im not sure if i can retorque the head bolts or not if that would help the leak. maybe i didnt tighten them good enough. im really not sure about putting any head gasket sealer in the engine i've never used it, if anyone has i would love feedback or any suggestions thanx.
