Weird Noise Upon Trying to Change Rotors

I tried to replace my old rotors with new Brembo blank rotors and upon trying to fit it on, the pattern was different (probably 2003 LS model, anyone want a pair?). I put everything together. Works fine, stopping is the same. However, upon start-up (first 3-5 minutes) I get a strange noise when braking (especially low speeds), like a fluid noise. I checked the fluid level, it is maybe 25 ml over the max line (for some reason, was like 25 ml below when I last checked before chaning rotors). The noise is a deep noise (that sounds like fluid). It is coming from the right wheel (the one I tried to change the rotor on). Any help?

Did you compress the caliper piston?
If so did you take the cap off the master cylinder before you did?

Are you thinking "air bubble"? That would be my initial guess.

What the hell is a "fluid noise" do you mean like rain or waves maybe an open water faucet?

Yeah, I'm thinking maybe he didn't take the cap off and when he compressed the piston the pressure had to go somewhere.
Pulling air into the system.

But I don't know...
The fluid level raising is something I've never heard of.

I am thinking there are bubbles in the brake line, but I never heard how they sound like, so I can't compare. I did not take the cap off when compressing the caliper. I will be redoing them today with Duralast ones, will post updates.
