What is this part?? Help identify from Photos! Need to know to finish engine swap!

So we somehow have these random bushings. At least we think they are bushings. We're doing a complete engine swap in our Mitsu 03 OZ Rally. Somehow during the process of pulling the old engine, we've pulled these out, and now that we are all set to put them back, we don't know where they go. Front and back pix below. Note that one says F with an arrow, and the other says R with an arrow, which we assume stand for Front and Rear, but who knows? Possibly from the suspension?? Help us out by IDing these! Thanks!
No flack about keeping bolts/parts/bushings organized, please. We've had a slew of friends helping out, and someone definitely pulled these and set them aside without labeling, but we don't know who and aren't into accusing our friends of being less than perfect... Thx.

I can tell you just by looking at them they are for sure for engine/transaxle mounts. Usually I see these on the mount at the direct rear of the transaxle or right at the front of the engine which would be the furthest mounts on either passenger or drivers side and not usually on other two mounts in the middle.

Yes they are parts of your motor/Trans mount on top of the tranny on driver side.
The go on either side of it and I guess help reduce vibration?

Either way it hurts nothing to leave them out or put them back on.
I took mine out when I put the RRM motor mount in.
