03 oz rally idle/rev problems

car starts up just fine will idle fine. When you drive and the start to slow down the revs with fluctuate between 1k and 2k until full stock then will idle fine. Then after being driven and is put in park it will idle at 2.5k. The car just threw a CEL. any thoughts? im thinking it may be IAC?

i believe autozone pulled the code as p0507. I swapped in an extra throttle body, problem solved. was either:

1) IAC sensor
2) dirty throttle body
3) leaking seal on the throttle body base
