Hard time holding an Idle
Hard time holding an Idle
I ran through a puddle that was pretty deep and it stalled the car. After 10 minutes it was finally able to start. But after a few days it started not being able to hold an idle. When it would idle it would be just above or right at 500. But whenever I put it in neutral it will go straight down and stall. I replaced the MAP and MAF sensors, cleaned the r and r egr valve. I have no idea what else it could be. Any thoughts?
Also when it is about to stall I can rev it to 4k rpms and it will idle just fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There is a place in the road here on very high tides that is can get that deep. And I was kinda reatrded and thought hey I can make it... buuuuuut I couldn't. And it brought up a good bit of codes.
PO102MAF signal low, PO113 IAT signal high, PO403 EGR Circuit Fault, PO106, PO131 02 signal low bank 1 sensor, PO13402 no act., PO171 fuel too lean bank 1
These are the codes that came up.
unfortunately not sure what all this means so if anyone else does please let me know!!! Thanks

Yea same here. I was surprised it even started up. But since it did I thought maybe it survived and I got lucky but I replaced the MAP and MAF sensors and cleaner the EGR valve and throttle body which helped a little but what do you think should be the next replacement? They said an EGR valve was 600 bucks? Seems a bit high?
