Water leak after using AC - 2k3 Lancer

First post.

Looking to get a used 2k3 Lancer. Noticed a water leak (I guess driver side) after AC was on in full blast. What's this due to? Can it be repaired and what damage would this cause to the budget?

Every car that has AC will have water condensation drip down while using the AC. Its normal.

Was the leak inside of the car? This recently happened to me but it leaked on the passenger side. You have to unclog your evaporator hose.
