Wind Noise (Leak) at Front D/S Door

At hwy speeds there is a a lot of wind noise coming from the front/driver's door. Sounds like from the mirror area...

Take off the pillar and drive around the block to see if it coming from there?

^Good idea!

I ran it through a car wash with high pressure water and looked for evidence of leaks/water getting past the seal. No Joy.
