weird idle, please help

My lancer is acting very weird, at idle it sounds like it's cammed, but it's not, the only mods I have Is a 4g93 ported intake manifold and a cold air intake, I have already tried changing one of the coil packs, (autozone only had one) I changed the oil two days ago and my spark plugs should be fine because I changed them 10k miles ago. Here is a little video to show what happens at idle. And one last thing would it be safe to drive?
PS: I'm not getting any CEL.

You are not throwing any codes?

Then I would assume it is ok to drive ;-)

However, I would pop out the spark plugs and see what they look like, if it is all oily or damaged you might have a problem with one of the cylinders.

Is your car normally that loud or is it that loud from your unknown "problem"?
Do you notice any loss of power from this?

No, the only thing I have noticed is the car shakes at idle since this "problem" but it's not any louder than before.

Check all of your plugs, and your oil level. Sounds like a misfire to me.

how many miles are on your car? you could have a dirty fuel filter and possibly a clogged fuel injector.

I changed one of the coilpacks and went for a test drive and every thing came back to normal, I alo let it idle for about 10 minutes, I never checked the spark plugs, should I still take them out and check or am I good?
@02modlanceroz I have 135K ish miles, I recently changed the manifold and all the injector looked clean.

BUMPITY BUMP
Same problem as before, weird idle, car shakes. But now I'm getting a code P0304
that is engine missfire in cylinder 4 right? well I took out the far right spark plug (cyl 4?) and here it is:

The wire didn't have any oil on it. So what is that black deposit around the spark plug?
