No power to fuel pump

New member here. Long time browser but never needed to post so never registered. So first off Hello everyone.
Now to my problem. (i Have a 2002 lancer OZ rally 5 speed )
About a week ago trid to leave for work and car wouldnt start. Eventually started up and seemed fine. Drove to work same thing happeed when i left. Tried to go to work the next morning couldnt get it to start at all. Eventually led me to find i was getting no power to the fuel pump. Checked all the fuses and relays - good. No shorts in the wiring as far as i can tell. I also have power at both relays but then no power coming out of the fuse panel. I grounded the violet wire going into the ecu as i heard that a bad ecu could be causing this. Stil nothing. I honestly have no idea what to try next. It is showing a p0183 (fuel temp sensor) code but from what iv read that shouldnt stop it from getting power.

Any suggestion as to where i should go from here would be greatlyappreciated. And if needed i can clarify anything iv written. Thanks in advance
