How the heck to you replace the factory RF AMP?

How the heck to you replace the factory RF AMP?
Jeeze! Ive tracked down through searches the wiring coming and going from the factory amp (even though what Ive found dont match the color schemes exactly) but cant find any info on how to tap into the MMCS to get hi level RCA outs hooked up? I've tapped into all kinds of wires in that cluster eff of harnesses and found speaker wires but I don't know whats front and rear, left and right... and they don't seem to match whats coming out of the amp.... Ive scoured every site and cant find this information... Am I just that bad at searching or what?
