08 DE misfiring with no code

I have a 2008 Lancer DE that is misfiring, 65,000 miles, oil changed 2 weeks ago but not throwing an engine code. Misfire when idling and low rpm. I havent swapped spark plugs as I changed them out last month. I checked all the local parts stores for coil pack but nobody has them in stock and it will be 7+ days for those that can order them.

Has anybody else had problems like this or have any ideas?

Did it start misfiring soon after you changed the plugs?
-check gap
-check spark plug torque
-replace the plugs again (not impossible to get a bad plug from the factory). You could buy just one spark plug and keep swapping until the problem suddenly goes away - indicating which spark plug was bad...

If not:
-I would run seafoam[tm] through the gas tank (for a partially clogged injector (and then seafoam
the intake through the brake booster vacuum line since you are at it).

-Lastly, check compression.

I doubt it is a coil.

Thanks Veronica, looks like one of those tricks worked. I replaced all the plugs and used the seafoam. Im not going to guess which one it was but the car runs.

Thanks again
