I own a 2008 Lancer GTS, and I am having issues that are not setting any system codes. The break lights are on but the breaks are working perfect, the Cruise control doesn't work but the cruise light comes on when the bottom is on, the speedometer quit working but the RPM gauge works, the A/C head doesn't work at all and last but not least the low beam headlights doesn't work at all. It all went out at the same time. I checked all of the fuses and they are good. I have been trying to figure this issue out for the past three months now...

 

You need professional diagnosis. It could be a bad ground or an ECU. Plus your explanation makes almost no sense.
1. It's brake, not break. I don't know why so many Americans have problems spelling that.
2. Cruise doesn't work when the bottom is on?
3. A/C head?

 

yep I recommend send it to the dealership for diagnosis
