problem with a EVAP HOSE, dont know where to plug

Hello, im new on this forums and i hope this thread can help me to solve this issue,

look, im a proud owner of a Good Lancer 2003 ES, it was in a yunk yard and i decided to repair it up, had to pull the engine out to rebuild it with a new crankshaft and some connecting rods, everything gone OK except of that there are 3 Lines that comes from the under neath of the car and 2 of them plugs to the Injectors rail, so that means they are the Fuel in line and the Return line, they are ok but the third line turns in to a Hose that i dont know where to put it on, i have looked everywhere and nothing, i have no clue on where to put it on, im pretty sure that it must go on a part of the EVAP system because when im runing the car, there is a GAS smell that goes inside the car, and when its off, you can approach that hose to your nose and it smells as gas, so there is some one with a ES that can tell me where i have to plug it on?.

also i have several codes that i will be reosiving step by step, the relevant code on this thread is the P0455 which is EVAP emissions control system leak detected.

hope you can help me, thanks in advance

Not sure about your Lancer, but most cars have a purge control valve under the hood. That hose goes to the purge control valve which then goes to the intake manifold.

If you rebuild a junk car it's a good time to delete emission stuff too :}
