2004 OZ dies when I sit at a stop light, but if I turn the car off and turn it back on, it's fine. I get the error code P0421, but everything I research says that it doesn't really relate back to it dying/stopping. I don't want to spend $200+ dollars on a O2 sensor or whatever if it isn't it.

Any help would be appreciated!
