cut ecu wires

My friend was helping me take my dash off to paint and accidently cut through my ecu wire with a razor.....my question is what would be the best way to fix this?? Solder?

i would say if you can solder it then go for it, if not get heat shrink tubes and put it together. no biggie

Do you think I will have any loss of power through it from resistance because its the brain of the car and I dont want to do anything incorrectly.

solder should allow it to work fine, just as the piggy-back is soldered on.
