I have a 2009 lancer gts. Car runs fine until it warms up then while I'm driving all my hazard lights will come on and I'll loose my speedometer and rpms then it'll just die. If I turn it off and try and restart it won't start until it's cooled off again. Mitsubishi dealer ran a diagnostic and fixed any sensor recalls and it didn't fix the problem. The closest dealer is over 2 hours away so I want to fix myself but I don't know what the problem is. Anyone had this problem before

 

Sounds like ignition problem. Coils, distributor? Something's overheating there, causing the shutdown. It also could be ECU overheating... I believe Autozone does distributor tests

 

sounds like a power or ground issue to one of the ECU's. Check your battery and connections. Could also be a data link issue. Check for any codes.
