Abnormal Noise from the engine bay when pressing the clutch

Hi,

I own a 2011 1.8 MT (stick shift) Lancer clocking about 86k km.
My problem is that every time I press the clutch, there is a weird sound from the engine bay. It is like a roller moving harshly and require grease. The noise stops when I release the clutch.
1 workshop told me to change the clutch bearing and recommends to change the clutch plate as well. Another workshop recommended me to change the clutch bearing, clutch plate and clutch pump.
If the problem is the clutch bearing, is it necessary to change the clutch plate and/or pump?
Thanks.

With only 86K km I would only expect to replace the bearing.

With only 86k on it, I would be pushing for warranty as the release bearing has failed premature. They will most likely just replace the release bearing, if warranty. If you have to pay for it and are planning on keeping the vehicle for a while, replace the slave and clutch at the same time. A bit more in parts, but you won't have to worry about a clutch for a while. Saving labour if your clutch decides to go in another 20000kms

yeah its about that time the clutch setup starts to show its wear and tear so proper lubrication and what not should hopefully make it more smooth sailing
