My Car is Up and Running again!!!

hey guys...as some of you may already know, but for those who don't...the last 2 months has been the worst ever for me and my ride. About two month ago, i hit a rain puddle and the AEM cold air took in some water causing hydrolock. Then, about a month ago, because if that hydrolock, it bent a piston connecting rod. Over that amount of time, stress caused the rod to break and blew 3 holes in my engine block. initially, i had to dish out $$$ to get to fix my engine, flush out the oil and do a compression check. then after my engine blew, i had to drop more $$$ on a new engine. now it runs smoother than ever except for the tranny clicking when i clutch it!?!!?!?! anywho, here are the pics of my painful 2 months....

here's the third hole. you can see right through the engine block when you line yourself up with the openings.

here's one of the other 0-rings...i think this is the one that scrapes the oil off the cylinder walls.

you don't have to short ram your intake, just get a bypass valve.

nexus: yeah, i got the bypass valve. that thing is gonna be on there 24/7/365.

i dunno how big the puddle was but i was enough to flood the freeway underpass. from now on, i don't care if its a sprinkler puddle or a puddle the size of a lake...im gonna drive around it.

yeah, it was a bummer cuz all this happened before my spring break so pretty much i was assed out of a car the whole week.
