Problems with Full Acceleration

Hello, I have a 2003 Lancer es and whenever I step on the gas pedal more than about third of the way the car starts to sputter and the and rpms will drop but then jump right back up and act weird. But then it will be fine the next day, also a engine light never lights. That spooked me out a bit so I decided to take off my valve cover and I saw that there was oil in the spark plug cylinder and on the spark plug and some on the little gasket that sits on top aswell . I replaced the spark plugs, Spark Plug cylinder gaskets and the valve cover gasket . Also when reving the car with no vaule cover on no oil comes out of the cylinders either. So when everything got put back together everything witch was yesterday and everything was fine. But today when I was driving home from work it started happening again So I don't know what the problem is maybe the oil squirters are just shooting too far ? time for new boots ?
