Hi all,

I have been hearing this buzzing or whining noise in my 2009 lancer DE, for a few months, it seems to come from my dash board.
At first I thought it was my fuel pump, but it doesn't seem to come from the back and also I replaced it this week because it broke down.

I drove the car without the A/C on thinking that was it, but it wasn't and one thing I have noticed something when I turn on the car I would hear it, but not all the time.
I hear it in park or also when driving.

Anybody might have an idea what this sound is?
