Blackstone oil analysis shows gas in oil

My report shows:
Fuel % 5.8 when it should be <2.0, that's nearly 1/3 of a quart of gas in 5 quarts.

flash-point in degrees F 270 when it should be >385

I used mobile 1 synthetic 5w20 and had 5000 miles on that oil.

I've been doing some research and think it might be my PCV valve that's bad. It has never been replaced. I have 121,000 miles on it. The valve costs $40 new. Can I remove the original one and just clean it with brake or Throttle body cleaner, then put it back in? What do you guys think?

I would suspect an injector stuck open and washing the cylinder with gas.
I would not suspect the PCV (but change or clean it anyway...

Are there any other symptoms?
Is one spark plug remarkably cleaner than the others?
Much more black soot on the tailpipe?

Once warmed up, it also idle's to a low rpm that causes some shaking, while in drive and stopped at a light. If I pop it in neutral it's fine. Any chance it could be a vacuum hose that is leaking and causing rich mixture?

I'll check the spark plugs, they were replaced a few months ago. I'll also try to take a look through the spark plug hole and see if one cylinder is sparkling clean.

I never look at my tailpipe so I'm not sure if I will be able to tell unless it's really bad.

Thanks a bunch for helping troubleshoot this!

What's the torque settings for the PCV valve since I'm going to get another one.
