Just put some LEDs into my front turn signals, am now experiencing hyper flash. It is annoying. Bulb size I used was 7507.
trying to find plug and play bulbs in white in 7507 if possible if need be, or get mine to work. looked into a relay? but the info said something about there wasn't a relay and some module did it
If it only did it with the leds and not the original bulbs. The resistance probably isn't right. I'd look to see if anyone else has used leds, and exactly which brand they used. If not, you might end up having to wire a resistor in-line with it
Hey, I ran into this problem when converting all my exterior lights to LED's. The LED indicators I used had a high enough resistance to not hyperflash for around 2 minutes before they started. All I did was buy 4 x 50W 6 ohm Load Resistors, one for each light. Super easy to install with the clips they give you. Took me about 20 mins all up, I didn't mount them to the car, the rear ones can be a bit hard to maneuver in place to replace the tail lights but they fit. Have used them for over a year with no issues.
