05 es ac issues

Ok so I've looked on the web for a while can't find exactly what I'm looking for so let me see what you guys think.

I have an 05 lancer es with about 113000 miles, so here's the issue with the AC it does not blow hard enough when all the vents are open nor does it blow cold enough, and it only blows cold when one vent is open and the vent setting is on the head and feet.

Doesn't matter if the AC is on regular or max if one vent is open and the vent setting is on the head and feet I get decent cold air not extremely cold like my 2008 Chrysler 300 or my 05 Sunfire but if all the vents are open and the setting is just towards the head then the air gets warm and the air pressure is weak

First thing I would check is the cabin air filter. If that has never been changed out then i'm sure that you are dealing with one heck of a restriction of air flow there. It's location under the dash behind the glove box. Check that and if it is dirty replace it and then see how things look.
