Unhappy 2010 Lancer No Start Help!!!

Hey Guys,

I recently bought a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Manual transmission 2.0L engine the car drove fine for the first 2 weeks but now the car won't even crank and the fans are constantly running with the key in on position. When I turn the key to start I get nothing besides the lights on the interior dimming. I tried connecting a scanner and I can not communicate with the ECM.

I checked all the fuses and noticed that the fuse numbers 21,22,23 are getting no power at any time so I took a power probe and put 12 volts on fuse 21 and the fans stopped running and when I went to start the car it starts but the idle is very rough but I can now communicate with the ECM and I got the code p0606 Engine ECU(microcomputer), code c1290 Fail-safe mode(lost of CAN Data), C121C (Torque request denied), u1417 Implausible coding Data, and u0100 Engine Can timeout

I tried another ECM and that didn't change anything without the power probe giving the 12v the fans are still running and the car won't even crank and with the power probe, it still runs very rough.

I really don't know where to go from here any input would be greatly appreciated

the car didn't turn over and there was no attempt to flash the ECU but the issue solved itself, for now, the car started after a few days of sitting.

Ok good glad it worked it self out. Two things tho. Check the batteries in the fob and the car. My 09 GTS Did the same thing when I first got it. I thought there was a problem with the ecu. Turns out the batteries for both the fob and the car were low. So the car wouldn't turn over.
