Exclamation SAS code and Limp mode, Need Help

Aloha, to start off i have a 2015 Mitsubishi lancer Gt, no big mods just a bolt on cat back and removable steering wheel which came with the car on purchase. i have had the car for about a year and a half now, no issues until now recently. when i first got the car it had the loads of issues including airbags, abs, acs, and i got most of it covered and cleared with some work. Now come to recently, nothing different, i may have went to the lowest of fuel I've ever ran the car to the gas station, I've felt the car kind of go into limp mode pulling into work which i thought the reason was because i was low on gas, filled up gas after work then limp mode came back after leaving the gas station. this limp mode forces the car to drop rmps down to 2500, hooked up the scanner and only codes i have are my airbag squib, (Due to my removable steering wheel which I'm still trying to get rid of) P0037 O2 sensor low on bank 2 which i have had for over a year since i removed my sensor to replace with an afr gauge, and a c1219 Steering angle sensor code, which a year ago i swapped my clock spring and calibrated and went away only to pop back up again recently. i can pull live data feed and see there's degreed in the steering and my wheel speed sensors all work, i can see the data as I'm driving and cleaned the the fronts off, rears are different and they seemed clean. Any tips on how to diag this limp mode and possibly any of these codes could pertain to the limp mode or maybe it was cause i ran the gas too low?? Another thing is when i had the acs light off, on heavy acceleration the acs light will flash and i can feel my front right tire shutter a bit as if abs was activated and if i press the brake it feels as if the abs is activating and making the tire studder.
