Starter kit is minus piping, fuel components, BOV, and exxtra fan.
As for other question, we retain MAS and no "CEL with any of our turbo setups.

Vent to atmoshere makes for rich condition. Too rich will cause loss of power.

but with correct fuel mods u can correct this....have u successfuly fitted the afc controler in the lancer yet rob? last time we spoke you did not. just looking for tips on the install and the correct pin positions on the ECU

AFC does not work well on Lancer or 3G eclipse ECUs. Can be done but quite limited.

they have stricted emmistions in mass and i was woundering how hard it would be to remove the non intcooled kit when inspections roll around and i relize this is not a simple bolt on just need an estimate on how long an install
It would'nt take to long to remove the turbo as long as you know how it comes off. But you'll have a hole in your oil pan from the oil return line so you'll have to drop the pan and reseal it every time.

For emissions just plug off the fitting. Emissions guys can't say anything about it. Usually just concerned that vacuum hoses match the layout on sticker inside the hood.

Hey Rock, I am looking to get an intercooler for my car but havent found any good prices yet... I was wondering if you would sell the intercooler that you guys r using for your intercooled kits and if so how much would u charge a needy customer??
