ok I am looking at my egt sensor now. I can understand why it doesnt need an o2 bung. Just drill a hole and 'have it seated' eh? ok. And I don't think I'm worried about losing the first o2 (factory) sensor, I'm replacing it with wideband and SAFC II. Now I'm no expert, but I think they will do the trick. Please, correct me if I'm wrong?

You cannot get rid of your first o2 sensor because our ecu will not work with a wideband. Look for a thread in engine tech or even start another thread about this topic since this one is about a CEL eliminator.

Nice job RRM, I like how its custom and small. I did this w/ 2 spark plug anti foulers, drilling out 1, and leaving the other as is. No one seemed to take me seriously... Next time Ill say im from RRM ;-)
This design is way better, as you only stand the O2 sensor about 1" off the bung, rather than 2.5 w/ the antifouler setup, Although, the anti foulers cost 5 bucks, not 20 :-)
Again, good job guys... Just like everything else, built well!
