My friend is getting a new car and wants to knwo if this is a good deal. He asked me bc i have a mitsu, but i really dont know if it is or not. He is getting a:
2001 Eclipse RS
5speed
w/sunroof and power windows, locks, etc
39,000 miles


He is trading in his 96 eclipse that is a pos, that has 100K+ miles, taht smokes, and a has dents and crap all over it. After trading it in and after tax and title, he can get it for $10,800. Is this a a good deal?

I found a nice 29k 1 owner eclipse gt for 10.9k
so if he's getting the crappy base model RS for 10.8k... I would def say that's a bad deal.

 

I would get a 95-99 GSX with the TURBO because it has a 4g63 motor.
