HEy guys i got a 1990 lexus ls400 sitting around in my garage and my headlights are dead, does anyone know where i can get a set of aftermarket headlight bulbs? thank you.

 

did they have HID or halogens? if it was halogens you can probably go to autozone or kragen and get the model number and buy those.

 

Never bought anything from autozone or kragen can you trust the bulbs they sell?

 

well if they're not that great, i suspect they wouldn't be such a big chain corporation...

the bulbs they sell are just like anyone elses. just go in and tell them what car you have and theyll probably give you a code like 9007, 9005, etc. anyways goto the bulb section and find the one and thats it.

 

i'm just saying that autozone might not be the best quality around for aftermarket products.

 

i dunno maybe. i guess you can always go to lexus and see if they still sell OEM bulbs

 

They use regular 9006 bulbs I believe. Just use a trusted brand, phillps or sylvania for example. Do not get HID look bulbs, they will burn the old sockets.
