A stock GTR with only a boost controller makes 400whp. This is with stock internals and stock everything. I love my EVO more than anything, but my personal opinion is that an EVO is a poor mans Skyline. I would rather have the R34, but are very happy with my EVO. Maybe some day I'll hit the lotto and have both. The only problem is I don't gamble.
