From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
I havent seen one at a track, those are manuf. times.
But it looks like nothing on the top end. Which is fine, NSXs are not 1/4 mile cars, they are track cars. Kinda like a Japanese version of a Ferrari.

They sold two model in Europe, one of them had an optional short gear ratio for pure autoxsing. They also sell them with some optional tommi makinnen **** and tons of ralliart upgrades.
Please, tell your friend that not only he is full of **** but that he has aboslutely no chance agaisnt your EVO V. The Evo V was never a comfort friendly daily driver car, like I said, it was the most hardcore EVO on the strets ever(huge turbo, super hard suspension, wider flare fenders and body panels), in Europe was calle Mitsubishi Carisma insatead of Evo. They even sold a version with 340hp(optional factory upgrade)
On the other hand, the NSX is a smooth car with a very smooth and lineal torque and horsepower output, well balance for the track, low center of gravity and great weight distribiution but unfortunately it lacks *****.
Like I said, the NSX is a great car for autocross but remember, 270HP aren't going to get you too far, specially in straight lines . The NSX is a hand made japonese product with a tag price of $80000 because it is factory aseembled by a craftman

his is an evo V which is lighter and since it's an RS it has shorter gearing which means it's quicker as well.
modded, I'd say he'd rape that NSX
all comes down to the launch and driver, but the modded evo, vs the nsx, I'd say evo

Thats what I've been saying! But everyone thinks I'm just saying that cause I got an Evo 5. My gears are real short, its pretty rough on the body as a daily driver. The acceleration is violant. I will try to record it tonight. Funny thing is, this dude with the NSX also has a Honda Integra from Japan. Got the motor tricked out. He rolled with the NSX and the NSX barely got a head. I rolled with this Integra too, whoooooped him. I'm not really into racing, I love the thrill of driving my car to work around those twisty turns. Thanks for the enlighting info for the other reads.

The car did not sell to good bacause of how agressive the engine was, how powerfull the brakes were, how stiff the suspension was and how short the gear ratio was.
Well thats what I was thinking. But I talked to the original owner, and he told me how the car would slide and fish tail. I guess his suspension bad, I mean that thing is practically an inch off the floor and so wide! Awesome car!!!
