Its not that easy to justify

Bugatti tops out at what...252.5mph? The Venom1000 is said to do 255mph (key word: SAID)

The Venom has 1000+ hp and tq #'s whereas the Bugatti has 1100hp and 925ftlbs of tq

both do 0-60 in 2.9secs

i believe the Venom does 0-200mph quicker than the Veyron

Yeah I hear ya but, I just read the test drive on the Veyron and Bugatti is one of my all time favorite dream cars so...

It was interesting how if you want to go full speed you need to insert another key to let the car go faster than 230mph. They also stated that it was 1001hp metric and 9xx horsepower American or something to that extent? Aside from all that it is a luxury ride too that weighs over 4000 pounds! I just need to win a decent lottery so I can get my hands on one

it would be interesting to see a top speed run with the two. or a 0-200mph "sprint". For the money, i would personally go with the Venom1000. 1/5th or even 1/6th the price of a vefyron

PS: how's the 4spd Subaru

I think over all the Veyron probaly has it won. Just because it can probaly handle better than the Viper. And everything else is probaly pretty even.

I'd rather have 1 Zonda, 1 new z06, 1 Evo, 1 STi, 1 Focus V8, 1 AMG E55, a nice truck and a nice house somewhere warm.

IF I had to choose I'd take the Veyron. Since the 2 are so close in power and performance, it would have to come down to something else. The Veyron would simply turn more heads. The Venom is amazing, but people have seen the Viper style before. Few people have seen a car like the Bugatti in person. And I'm sure the Veyron is way better to drive.

Honestly, I'd much rather have the Zonda F than either...

Also, I'd kind of rather sit in a sueded Italian interior than MOPAR plastic

I take the Buggati any day. Remember, the Venom Twin Turbo almost got ridiculed by Vishnu 475HP Evo on the super shootout. The Venom did pathetic, the Vishnu Evo did just one tenth slower in the track.

It is a shame a TT Dodge Viper can be ridiculed by a 475HP Evo complety sleeper from Vishnu.

The Veyron does 0-300(~187mph) kph in 16.7s...so 0-200mph in 20 or less is definitely attainable....and it weighs more than the Venom. The other difference is that the Veyron can also stop from 250mph-0 in 10s....which is almost impossible for the Viper...

this isn't even a real comparison!! how can you compare some $80k car built in a barn to a million dollar car that was built by scientists??

look, you want to make a good comparison, the hennessey viper vs the lingenfilter z06...

Also a key point with the Veyron is it's AWD Since driving all my AWD cars I hate RWD cars now. I have a Mark VIII now while my car is being upgraded and it sux pulling out into traffic with just 2 wheels driving.

I have seen TurboTrix TTurbo Viper the made something like 730lbs on pump gas and that was only when they first put it together! Can't wait till they push that thing a bit and see were it goes and what it will QM

I'll still stick with my AWD though....

Based on math models, probably. I seriously doubt a viper would be stable north of 200 MPH and I wouldn't want to be the idiot who had to find out.
