I think they just needed to cover up some more holes in the front. The wing is still kinda bleh.. But it's shaping up.

That actually looks pretty good. I was never a fan of that front but it's kinda growing on me. I still love my evo much better.

 

If it were the old model front end, it would be a very, very sexy car. I hate the new suby front end.

 

Let not your hearts be troubled the S204 is NOT i repeat NOT coming to the US. Most likely never. THat is offcial . Subaru will not bring it here for a wide number of reasons. Cost and engine emissions being one of them.They already are doing well with the current Sti and aprt from the ESX version of the Sti there will be no S204. But that does not mean that they wont release a Spec - C!!!

 

isnt the the s204 pretty much a spec c with comfort put back in? to me it would make more sense for suby to bring that over then the c

 

um I wish this was coming to the USA... but anyway I would rather have a spec c or a spec c type RA but those s203-s204 seats KICK ***!!!!!!

Very cool. Sorta like a 22B junior. I'm really loving what's going on between the STi and Evo camps right now. Just look what has happened in the last 5 years in the US alone...WRX, Evo, STi...and each successive release slams more performance into the package. I think history will look back fondly on this era in the same way we look at the muscle car era nowadays.

 

they only make 555 units i have seen the best motoring video that is call evo 9 the next evolution, go buy this video and you'll see! Also the have an EVO9 GT that is most likly japan only ATTORI does the compare between the spec c and thei car and is no that much difrence,subaru just keeps trying to copy mitsu.

I just bought the S203 about two months ago. How do you rekon I feel!!

It's odd that they've chosen to release it this early. The S201, 202 and 203 were all realeased right at the end of a particular shape. And they made only 555 of the previous three models, while they are going to make 600 of the 204.

The difference between the 203 and the 204 are:
1)Torque split (more front biased as with the 06 models)
2)Slightly more toruqe (like 2%)
3)"Performance dampers" which aren't anythin to do with coilovers. They're actually like reinforcing bars on the chassis but withe a damping property. I suppose that it behaves like a stiff pipe at high freq and comliant at low freq (over bumps etc).

Anyway, I still think mine looks better!!!
