Yup. Thailand is where I'm from... wouldn't say it's that great, but it does have some real nice beaches and stuff. If you're coming over in Mar/Apr, be prepared; it's hot, hot, hot!!

there are evo's and impreza's here, but it costs an arm and a leg. Import duty is astronomical. We do get bits and pieces from Japan at pretty much the same price as the US. However, if you are looking for second hand parts from Japan and have the time to look, there's a bargain to be had. Having said that, I've never had the time!!!
